Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to techdiagrams.net operated by Specmatics Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the Free plan.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of your first payment — full refund, no questions asked.
• After 7 days — we do not refund the current period, but you keep access until it ends and are not charged again.
• Service failure — if the Service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period and we cannot resolve it, contact us and we will refund the affected period.
• Duplicate or accidental charges — refunded in full.

Seat changes

Removing a member from a workspace reduces your seat count from the next billing period. We do not refund part-periods for removed seats.

Your data after cancelling

Cancelling does not delete your content. Documents beyond the Free plan's limits become read-only rather than being removed, and you can export everything at any time.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days of approval. Timing beyond our processing is set by your bank or card issuer.
